In 2010 Sam moved to Deloitte Corporate Finance to assist with the setting up of a new Middle East real estate valuation team. During his time at Deloitte, Sam valued a number of significant assets across the GCC, and globally for a variety of Clients, including Banks, Developers, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Individual Investors, Private Equity Firms, and High Net Worth Individuals.
