4 OUR SERVICES Our team of lawyers advises on all kinds of real estate transactions ranging from large, complex retail, industrial, residential or commercial sites or project developments to smaller domestic conveyancing matters. We also advise on hotel developments and management contracts, leases and franchise agreements. ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSALS We have advised clients on a wide variety of real estate asset acquisitions and disposals in Asia, including those in the PRC, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Bangkok. We understand the local laws that govern transactions in every country in the region, and can provide comprehensive advice on restrictions on foreign ownership, investigations of legal title, compliance with applicable transfer formalities and acquiring and perfecting legal title. CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT We provide advice on high profile developments across Asia and act together with our construction and commercial teams to offer clients an integrated service for all legal requirements. We assist clients at every stage of their project, from designing the corporate structure and negotiating joint venture agreements, to advising on construction agreements and contracts and advising on establishment and licensing issues.
