1 DESCRIPTION Students will be intrduced t real estate basics that include the scpe f the real estate business, usage f land, land descriptin, wnership, cntracts, deeds, mrtgages, title searches and clses, liens, financing surces, the appraisal prcess, investments in real estate, and the sales and marketing prcess. Students will brach real estate marketing and sales thrugh ethics, human, emplyee, and custmer relatins, use f prduct knwledge, and the use f advertising and the media. Expsure t real estate terminlgy, frms, and cntracts is an integral part f this class. Students will be required t master the fllwing cmpetencies by 80% thrugh state testing, and must be used in cnjunctin with the Perfrmance evaluatin f this curse.
