Once this is established, The Private Office offers three principal types of service. The Private Office then monitors the progress of every enquiry to ensure that the type and quality of service being provided is as required. For greater confidentiality, clients can appoint Private Office personnel to act directly on their behalf. In 2006 Savills acquired Chesterfield and brought David s expertise into the fold, strengthening the team, network and knowledge base. David is acknowledged to be a world class expert at the top end of the residential market. He has been responsible for the sale of many of London s most expensive houses and has built up a vast personal network of clients providing invaluable advice to all.
