Buoyant demand has left the market for property in Bristol in the ascendancy, resulting in increasing rental values and therefore increasing rent. It is highly unlikely that your Rateable Value will be reviewed by The Valuation Office Agency unless they are prompted. Therefore, if you do nothing, you may be paying local tax at a higher level than you should be. We offer a no win no fee service, and will review your business rates to ensure that you are not paying an excessive amount. If we cannot reduce your payments then there is no fee. 4 Building Consultancy Pre-Acquisition Survey A pre-acquisition survey is recommended when considering the purchase or lease of a commercial property. We will help you decide whether or not to go ahead with the transaction, or negociate the price. Schedules of Condition We provide evidence of the state of the repair of your premises in a schedules of condition report. We can undertake tailor made schedules be they photographic, written or a mixture of the two to aid clarification of the repairing obligations.
