Delphine studied at the University of Rennes in France, Exeter University and the University of the West of England before joining Pitmans as a trainee, qualifying in Helen leads a team of conveyancers specialising in development set up and new home plot sales. Helen has a broad range of experience dealing with both residential and commercial property matters but now specialises in all aspects of residential development set up work including freehold, leasehold and mixed use sites; shared ownership and ground rent investor sales. Helen qualified at Penningtons LLP in 1996 and spent her formative years with Pitmans real estate team before working as a senior inhouse solicitor at Vodafone UK. She re-joined Pitmans in 2011 as Head of New Homes. Christina joined Pitmans as the Head of Planning in She advises on strategic planning matters, submission of planning applications, planning appeals, Affordable Housing and viability issues and judicial review applications together with the drafting and negotiation of S106 agreements and infrastructure agreements. She has a niche specialism in highway rights of way, village green and assets of community value work. Christina spent over six years as a senior planning and highways solicitor at Oxfordshire County Council. She also worked for DAC Beachcroft as a senior associate for six years. 6

After qualifying at Addleshaw Goddard in London, Marcus joined Allen & Overy where he spent six years in their real estate department. He joined Pitmans in Sarah has particular experience in option agreements, conditional contracts and promotion agreements. She also acts for a number of lenders in relation to secured lending in addition to acting for individuals on residential conveyancing matters. Sarah trained and qualified at Eversheds. Her work at Nabarro saw her act for a leading student accommodation provider in all aspects of their property work, from acquisition through to development. Sarah joined Pitmans in
