Rates are per person - 1 way Minimum 12 people per transfer Coolangatta Airport to Broadbeach $15.00 Broadbeach to Coolangatta Airport $15.00 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Unless otherwise stated, please see terms & conditions listed under individual hotel s information All rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. Although due care is taken, costings are subject to change at any time by the accommodation establishment. All non-deposited apartments (including booked rooms with no deposits) will be released back to general public. Cancellations made between receiving deposits and thirty (30) days prior to arrival will forfeit deposits. Cancellations made between thirty (30) days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Accommodation and transfer prices may change due to number of participants, unexpected price rises by suppliers, changes in fuel surcharges and taxes. Check-in is after 2pm. Check-out is before 10am. Should you require late check- out please contact reception on the morning of your departure. Fees may apply. A credit card pre-authorisation of $ per room is required on check-in. This is for any incidentals that may be incurred. The credit card holder must also provide photo identification. All guests will be required to pay for their individual incidentals upon checkout.

2 MARKHAM COURT RESORT *** ½ Markham Court offers 2 and 3 Bedroom fully self contained apartments. Most apartments have air conditioning. The kitchens are equipped with microwave, dish washer, stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and all cooking equipment. The resort features outdoor pool and spa area with large barbeque and dining area. All apartments are equipped with washing machine and dryer. Linen, bath towels, soap, tea, coffee and milk starter kits are provided to the apartments. Markham Court apartments offer private balconies with outdoor furniture and views of the gardens. The resort is a 5 7 minute walk (approx 500m) from the Gold Coast Convention Centre. 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT (minimum stay - 3 night stay) $ nights ($ per apartment per night) $ nights ($ per apartment per night) $ nights ($ per apartment per night) Room Configuration Room 1: 1 Queen Bed Room 2: 2 Single beds Rollaway Bed: Additional $37.00 per night (Maximum of 1 Rollaway Bed per 2 bedroom apartment) Payment Schedule for the Markham Court Resort 1 st Deposit of $ per apartment is due on booking Final payment is due by Friday 7 th June 2013 If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, all money paid will be lost. Once deposit has been paid 12% deduction on cancellation of any kind. Sorry No refunds once you have occupied the apartment under any circumstances. Credit card details will need to be provided on check in for security on the apartment. If credit card details are provided for a deposit, please note that the credit card will have to be sighted on arrival. 3 SOUTH PACIFIC PLAZA RESORT *** ½ Our 4 star Broadbeach resort is renowned for providing some of the best value in beachfront holiday accommodation available anywhere on the Gold Coast. In addition to the absolute beachfront location, the resort is adjacent to the premier restaurant precinct of the Broadbeach Mall. South Pacific Plaza offers 2 Bedroom Superior Apartments which are Fully self contained, which is partly or fully refurbished with modern décor, air con and separate lounge/dining to bedrooms plus balcony with Ocean or Garden/Pool Views.
