In the Science City area, there is a shopping mall, a sports park, grocery stores, and a tennis school, etc. Many hotels such as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Hilton Double Tree are also in the area. Around the school, there are a couple housing complexes, one is Lingnan Piedmont and the other is Greenland Central Plaza. Right next to Lingnan Piedmont, there is a subway station in operation. By Greenland Central Plaza, a subway station is under construction and is scheduled to open in late Please note that some of the apartments described below are in limited supply and are subject to availability. A convenient store, coffee shop, and some restaurants are already open. A McDonalds, gym, and many stores and restaurants are scheduled to open in the next few months.

It consists of office towers, residential apartments, and commercial areas. The residential towers are completed and some of the commercial areas and office towers are still under construction. The subway station is right outside of the complex. Crowne Plaza, Sports Park, grocery stores and a shopping mall are all within walking distance.

5 Option 3: Lingnan Piedmont (Individual Landlords) Lingnan Piedmont is 1.9 kilometers from the school. It is a residential complex with beautiful Lingnan style landscaping. In the complex, there is a swimming pool, a convenient store, and other stores. A commercial street with many stores and restaurants is currently under construction. The subway station is right outside of the complex. Crowne Plaza, Sports Park, grocery stores and a shopping mall are all within walking distance. As the school needs to rent apartments from each individual landlord, and there are not a lot of apartments on the market at the time, we may have very limited number of these kinds of apartments available.
