The units are equipped with small kitchenettes generally including a dishwasher, an oven, hob, coffee maker, refrigerator and TV with local channels (mostly French). The bedroom has 1 double bed or 2 single beds and the living room offers a single sofa bed and trundle bed. You will have a balcony or a terrace. You will also find, on the premises, pools (opened from April to October), gaming sites for children and adults, water sports, golf course, horse riding, thalassotherapy center nearby. Wi Fi ($) is available in public places and even in the apartments. Enjoy a great selection of 2* and 3* residences from Pierre & Holidays on the French Riviera. Inclusions if minimum stay is 28 nights: TV with local channels (mostly French), a set of sheets, a set of towels, quick cleaning midweek including a change of towels, quick cleaning weekend including a change of sheets and towels, household end of stay, a set of maintenance (renewal every 14 nights for stays on the same site). Be aware that households do not include cooking and serving dishes. Note : If you book less than 28 consecutive nights no cleaning or change of towel or bed sheets is included. IMPORTANT NOTICE This is a residence; it is not a hotel, apartment complex or a resort. The services offered are paid or prepaid and calculated according to the terms of your purchase. The units are located in different Time Sharing buildings. The reception at the front desk is opened at restricted times, the extra services you would require will have to be prepaid or paid on the spot (weekly cleaning / change of bed linen and towels/ final cleaning etc...) Some residences cannot guarantee a pool view or sea view room. This special request cannot be guaranteed prior arrival. We can request it for you but if it is available upon arrival a charge will apply in order to move to a pool or sea view room. The restaurants and swimming pools provided by the residence are usually not opened from November to April. The TV in the room only provides local channels (mostly French). Wifi is provided for free at the residence but can be slow. The Pierre & Vacances units are a good option for family, single travelers or couples who want to travel with a small budget. We do not recommend this type of accommodation for clients that are used to book 3* or 4* hotel accommodation and services. If it s the case we will be pleased to offer you another accommodation and provide the best price available. 2
