The villa is located within a large estate, on a south-facing hill, and overlooks a stunning large garden designed by the famous architect Pietro Porcinai. The garden includes a large swimming pool with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The front door opens onto a large entrance hall with a staircase, as well as to the spacious living rooms. The ground floor includes a large kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, lounge and a cinema room. Located on the first floor are two large studies and six beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms, overlooking the garden. All suites are elegantly furnished and decorated. 5 Location & Local Information The exclusive Villa di Cappello is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards in the hillsides of Florentine Chianti, located close to the charming village of Impruneta. Villa di Cappello is located only 500m to the village, so is easily accessible on foot. Impruneta is a very nice little town whose reputation is related to the production of Cotto clay tiles. The Cotto tiles of the Duomo in Florence were made in Impruneta. The famous tiles are included in the palazzo as well. Villa di Cappello is located only 14 km from Florence, a mere 20 minute trip by car. It is ideal for those who would like to visit the Uffizi or Ponte Vecchio without the inconvenience of finding parking for a car. The villa is also located close to Tuscany's main attractions: Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, and Cortona.
