Select properties by touching the house icon. Display property details using touch screens by pressing the icon. Open and activate up to 11 Property Detail Reports. Launch a Powerful AVM tool on any house within your MLS regardless of whether it s been in the MLS System or not. Realtor may modify include Compatibles, Property characteristics and details. Make price adjustments for comparable homes as well as subject property based upon visit and local knowledge. Update, Save and distribute updated AVM Value. Distribute a version to mortgage, appraisers or other key partners that allows them to make their own adjustments. Include AVM estimates even if it s not found on Public Portals.

3 Walk the Street Realtors are always on the run and are expected to understand and know about all property deals. In order to ensure they are up to date, GeoJet has created a new technology using GPS. Walk the Street utilizes MLS Data to display Active, Pending, Closed and Foreclosed Property on any Screen. GPS activated, Realtors get a 360 Degree View of all Property Deals in the Area as they travel along a street. Non GPS devices can still pan the screen and examine Property Status from the Map view. Call-Out Boxes show each property, status, List or Sold Price and individual characteristics. Realtors may select additional GeoJet Applications directly from the Callout Box. And List Price Opinion
4 The AVM (automated valuation model) is used heavily in the professional domain of lending, insurance, and investment industries. GeoJet Utilizes Realtors input to sharpen the accuracy of the AVM and allow collaboration with clients or Lender to arrive at a more accurate determination. Initial Valuation is generated by GeoJets algorithms which utilize a full electronic CMA and then account for Local Market Trends, Urban or Rural and Condition. Modifications may be made by the Realtor, to Subject Property and Comparable Homes may be added or deleted. Specific Property attributes may be adjusted resulting is a BPO quality document. Comparable and Property Attributes may be adjusted by Realtors Public Records, Time Adjustments and Market Trends are used to increase initial Accuracy.
