Discussion Items: D1 Residential Transitional Properties (Ahmed) The board members continued the discussion from the previous meeting on valuation of properties in gentrified areas. Salma Ahmed suggested that the Board work with the County Attorney s office and legislative officials to propose some type of Urban Transitional covenant to keep property values down in high market residential areas.
