3 Chief Appraiser Report A copy of the report outline and attachments are included with the minutes of this meeting. Discussion Items D001 Alpharetta Assessments (Fitzgerald) Dwight Robinson gave an overview of the status of assessment of the newly developed area and explained that research revealed that the $14 million dollar sale was determined as a non-arms-length transaction between related business entities. That property and any others that did not get assessed will be valued for according to the current land schedules. New improvements will be added to the digest for Executive Session Motion for executive session to discuss litigation: Ahmed; Second, London. The motion passed unanimously.
