2 Over the years CAMA has had many modifications and enhancements. Below is the current version.

3 This is the newest version. Bigger screen with larger defined buttons.

4 We ve added a couple of new tabs-legal and Inquiries. The Parcel ID bar now includes TS (Tax Status) and the AC field has been renamed to NC (New Construction).

5 The Legal tab provides the abbreviated legal and the full legal description. The abbreviated legal will be sent to the Collector for tax bills.

6 The Inquiries tab is optional and provides a history of informal inquiries concerning a parcel.

7 Currently a parcel is determined void when the Status is VP, but in the new version the Tax Status will determine whether a parcel is Void, Exempt or Public Service; not Status or Type.

8 Additional Browse options have been added - PrevOwner, Owner ID, MH Number and S-T-R

9 Browsing by Owner and PrevOwner enables additional options to also search in Name2, Name MO and/or the entire Name.

10 On the Browse dialog some columns have been modified or added - T.S. (Tax Status), Status, NT (Name Type) and HS.

11 In Name Maintenance the Zip Codes search can be limited to Arkansas zip codes making the search quicker.

12 The Instrument field has been added to the Transfers tab to be used when a Book/Page are not provided. This now accommodates 12 char.

13 On the Taxable Status tab the new Letter dialog displays when the option is applied. This will duplex print the modified version on one side and the Spanish version on the other.

16 Site also has a couple of new tabs-notes and Land. Sidewalk, Area Layout and Noise have been added to Site Data.

17 The land Notes has been moved to its own tab.

18 Market Land and Use Value Land are on the same Land screen.

19 All AC fields have been changed to NC.

20 A MH# field has been added to better identify a specific Mobile Home. This field accommodates 17 characters.

21 A Tax Inquiry Report has been added.

22 On Visit Record the Revisited ID/Date has been added to the grid where all entry is now made. The data at the bottom of the page is read-only.

23 The Operator table will allow copying an existing User s security to a new User ID.

24 Market Group has been renamed to Market Area throughout CAMA.

25 Parcel Select will allow you to share your selection with all Users or to give your selection to a select User.

26 A single page Mineral PRC will print the mineral information.

27 The Parcel Count Report can be ran on a specific Appraiser.

28 The Assessment Book dialog provides an option to Sort By Name.

29 Selection option added to Corrections Ledger dialog.

30 The New Construction dialog includes new reports: Tax Entity Summary Report, New Improvements Report (on existing parcels) and New Parcels with Improvements Report.

31 New Construction by Tax Entity Report

32 The New Improvements Report lists existing parcels that did not previously have improvement value.

33 The New Parcels with Improvements Report lists new parcels that have improvement value.

34 The Parcel Notes dialog allows for Private Notes to be excluded from the report. You can also print the notes on the current parcel only.

35 The Assessment and Value Overrides dialog now has Check, Clear and Browse buttons. The Appraised Land and Total option is not checked by default.

36 The Extend Taxes dialog provides for an RPID range making it easier to run in small batches.

37 The Entity Report now prints the Timber Tax by Entity.

38 The Subject to Amendment 79 dialog provides an option to run the report on a select Homestead Code, whether there is a Credit Value, and also on a select Tax District.

39 New Potential Duplicate Homestead Report added to Reports, Tax menu. Includes Browse option.

40 The Top Taxpayers Report is available in the Reports, Tax menu. Using the Name Link in CAMA and Personal Property will group multiple Owner IDs as one taxpayer, such as Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

41 Top Taxpayers Report Using Name Link would combine both owners.

42 An Informal Changes Ledger is available in the Hearings dialog. This is also available in the current CAMA version.

44 An option to select your default browse is available on the Preferences dialog.

45 The Valuation, Edits menu has been renamed to Res/Ag Edits.

46 An option was added to the Ratio Study dialog to run on W Deed Types.
