Kent: Bothell: Lakewood: Unit Mill Creek Area Mixed-Use Residential- Retail Development Receives Mitigated MILL CREEK A large mixed-use residential and retail development, slated for a 3.3-acre property located at th Street SE in the Mill Creek area, has been issued a mitigated determination of non-significance. The action will allow the developers to construct 95 multi-family dwelling units in five buildings above 12 livework townhouses plus ground-level office and retail space. The site was formerly known as the Halo mobile home park. The city of Mill Creek has issued the permitting to the applicant, who is Equity Residential. Parking to accommodate 43 vehicles will be located in an adjacent building. Plans call for 4,400 cubic yards of grading. Surface parking for 45 vehicles will be provided for in the plan. The city of Seattle has issued the permitting to the applicant, who is Td Hadley of Orcan Family LLC. Construction will require the demolition and removal of an existing 20,000 square foot light-manufacturing building on the site. The developers have submitted plans to change the use of an existing 7,200 square foot restaurant to a 2,200 square foot marina with six berths for recreation moorage and four for commercial moorage.
