His BA in Marketing from New Mexico State University allows him to be adept at finding the unique qualities in a property that a seller can capitalize on to produce the maximum price potential, recognize any inefficiencies of a multi-family investment and develop a plan to increase returns for the long term. As a new broker Nate brings extensive financial, real estate, and planning expertise to provide advice to better achieve higher price points for clients.
