During the years we have developed close relationships with local and national authorities, combined with long-standing and strong relations to leading international advisors and fi nancial institutions. Since 2011, we have sold a number of larger established farmland projects for investors who wanted to exit their investment. We have acted as the sole representative of the seller, handled the process from sales preparation to ﬁnding the investor to negotiating the contract and ﬁnally the transfer to a new investor. We put focus on sale preparation in order to optimize the sale for you in terms of price and comfort.
