20 CONCLUSIONS Setting-up an efficient, safe and modern system for transactions with real estates Simplification of registration procedures Issuing the land book extract directly to notaries, banks or other institutions requesting it from the owners Elimination of black money by direct access to the services provided Introduction of an information technology system in order to ensure the public online access to the cadastre and land book data
