1 SurveyLA Historic Context Statement Outline July 2014 Multiple Property Documentation Name: Architectural, Historic, and Cultural Resources of Los Angeles Note: This outline is a work in progress. Ethnic and cultural themes are addressed throughout each of the contexts. In some cases the themes are explicit, as in the case of the themes Civil Rights Movement: Ethnic and Gender Equality, Deed Restriction and Segregation, Social Clubs and Ethnic/Cultural Associations, Community Mural Movement, and Labor History.
