20 INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION (according to the World Bank data 2011) The study, which is annually conducted by the World Bank, evaluates the level to which the rights to real property are guaranteed. Such level is determined by the following indicators: (1) number of procedures when transferring ownership rights of a real property seller to a buyer; (2) time and (3) expenses, expressed by the percentage of property value.
