Please return this RENTAL APPLICATION with a MONEY ORDER of $50.00 for each applicant NON-REFUNDABLE as well as a separate MONEY ORDER equivalent to one months rent for the security deposit made payable to. If we deny your application we will refund your deposit. If we accept your application, and you change your mind, your security deposit will not be refunded. To help us with the approval process for your move-in you must complete this application in full. If an area does not apply to you write none. It is required that you provide work and residency information for a minimum of two (2) years as indicated on the application. If you are presently, or were a student, enter the school and dates of enrollment and your current student status. If you were living with your parents complete all information and include the dates you resided with them. ALL AREAS MUST BE COMPLETED AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO VERIFY INFORMATION FOR APPROVAL. WHEN WE NOTIFY YOU OF APPROVAL we will then schedule an appointment for the Lease signing. At this time you will be required to bring a MONEY ORDER made payable to for the first months rent and any additional deposits that may be due.
