An Owner shall immediately pick up and remove any solid waste deposited by his/ her pet on the Condominium Property.

The Owner shall indemnify the Association and hold it harmless against any loss or liability of any kind or character whatsoever arising from or growing out of having any animal in the Condominium. If a pet becomes obnoxious to other Owners by barking or otherwise, the Owner thereof must cause the problem to be corrected; or if it is not corrected, the Owner, upon written notice by the Association, will be required to permanently remove the animal from the Condominium Property. 5. All pets are to be registered with the Association, including photo and vaccination records. These records must be updated annually. 6. No pets are allowed in the gym or pool areas. I have read the above Rules and Regulations concerning pets for Aventi at Aventura and agree to abide by them.
