In a regular session on August 10, 2016, the TRC granted a one-year extension which extended the project validity period until December 10, We are requesting the extension because Beyond Beautiful LLC is currently in the process of submitting a variance application to the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustments as well as purchasing a small parcel of land from the adjacent property. The prolonged litigation with Marina Properties LLC and Timothy Ward has finally been concluded. In addition, all lis pendens have been removed from the land records and we are hoping to move forward with the project once and for all. Therefore, we are requesting for a one-year extension, to be expired on December 10, 2018, for the project validity period. For purposes of this hearing, we will be continuing to use the services of Mr. David Ward, the next door neighbor, as our agent, and Mr. Ronald Sparks P.E. such as each may be required.
