The crew was nice and efficient. I applauded them getting everything done in a timely manner as promised. They went above an beyond making sure I was satisfied with the product and the color of the shingles. We had a difficult color given the brick color of our home. They did everything they could to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the color bee the roof went on. They did a good job. They worked with my insurance company very well and I had little to do with the whole thing, with greatly pleased me! They work well with Bredapest, also. I've had NO problems whatsoever! They acted as an advocate us when dealing with our insurance company from beginning to end. Everyone with the company were honest and did their job with excellence. From obtaining an estimate to the completion of the work was seamless. I completed all of the paperwork online because I now... I was not looking ward to replacing a roof. But I was so pleasantly surprised by Findlay's level of knowledge and the co-ordination of all their people in setting up the materials, scheduling the work and getting the job completed promptly. This was not my first new roof, but it was the best.. Found several repair issues and the crew fixed it right bee replacing the roof. They did a great job! Apr 19, 2018 The weather intervened twice, delaying the start of the work, but that can hardly be blamed on Findlay. They showed up as soon as the rain cooperated by going away, and they knocked out the work to my expectations. Great people to work with, work was done as scheduled and great follow up by everyone from the salesman, office staff and crew on the job. My experience with Findlay Roofing was extremely positive. Fred Boyd was my sales rep and he was terrific; professional, thorough, honest. Their's was the lowest quote of the three I got and I was very pleased. I hate I had to replace my roof, but I'm extremely glad I hired Findlay to do the work. Excellent service all the way through. Findlay did a great job of communicating and taking care of all requests. I did my homework and they are not only one of the best prices, but the 10-year no leak warranty makes me feel comtable that my roof is no longer something I have to think about. Thanks!
