Newsletters Newsletters of 2, 16 and 23 April had been circulated. Commission's Work Programme 2013 Decision: the Committee's priorities would be the Single European Sky (as the top priority) the railway market cabotage/drivers' working conditions electronic/smart ticketing maritime and inland waterways urban mobility Any other business Decision: a mini-hearing on passenger rights would be organised to prepare Mr Bach's report.
