1 Meeting Minutes of July 27, 2017 Site Plan Amendment Pre-Submittal Community Meeting Location: Time: Project: Kennedy Shriver Swim Center 6900 Executive Blvd. Rockville, MD :00 p.m. Pike & Rose Phases I and II Mixed-Use Development Project location: Northwest Quadrant of the Intersection of Old Georgetown Road and Rockville Pike No citizens attended the meeting. Applicant: Jay Corbalis and Jay Brinson, FRIT Scott Wallace, Linowes and Blocher LLP Ian Duke, VIKA The applicant prepared a powerpoint presentation providing details about the proposed amendments to the Site Plans for Phase I and Phase II of the project and was prepared to discuss the Site Plan Amendments, including the development approval process, with attendees. However, no individuals came to the meeting and the meeting was adjourned at 7:18 p.m. Contact information for the applicant and applicant s land use counsel was left with the manager of the Swim Center.
