1 PUBLIC JUDICIAL TAX SALE OF PROPERTIES BY CHESTER COUNTY TAX CLAIM BUREAU NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the following described properties will be sold at Judicial Sale free and cleared of all tax and municipal claims, mortgages, liens, charges and estates, except separately taxed ground rents, to the highest bidder at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 313 West Market Street, West Chester, PA, The terms of the Public Judicial Tax Sale are as follows: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price must be paid at the time of sale. A brief recess will be taken after the last sale at which time successful purchasers will make payment for purchased properties. Payment shall be made in cash, certified check or money order made payable to the Chester County Tax Claim Bureau. Any property for which the ten percent (10%) deposit is not paid will be resold immediately. The purchaser of the property shall pay to the Tax Claim Bureau the remaining balance of the purchase price plus all additional costs, including additional transfer taxes, by certified check or cash on the date of the sale no later than 3:30 p.m. Failure to pay the full purchase price by 3:30 p.m. voids the sale unless the deadline is extended at the sole discretion of the Tax Claim Bureau.
