SOUTH SECTOR CENTER RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL FACILITIES, MADINATY 2009, located in Madinaty Project, Cairo, Egypt includes: Food court, café and restaurant, junk food kiosks, commercial center, children's play area (outdoor) and recreation area (outdoor). AL DAMMAM INTERNATIONAL SPECIALTY HOSPITAL 2009, Located in Al Dammam City of the Eastern Region in Saudi Arabia, Al Dammam International Hospital is a cutting edge medical project undertaken by ECG. The large scale, triple tower medical complex aims to deliver state of the art medical care to Saudi citizens and foreign expatriates. Task was to prepare a proposal for building exterior design and define building envelop materials. (scope: Project design director for conceptual idea) FOUR SEASONS HOTEL MADINATY 2010, The Madinaty Four Seasons Golf Resort with more than 50,000 m2 built up area consists of the following major components: Hotel Building (6 story, approximately 14,931 m2), Conference center (3 story, approximately 18,389 m2), Neighborhood Buildings (11 buildings, approximately 9,910.8 m2), SPA (approximately 30,000 m2), Villas (approximately 9,615 m2), Remote service buildings (approximately m2), Access roads (approximately 30,000 m2), Car parking (approximately 30,000 m2), Soft and Hard landscape surrounding the buildings and the neighborhood Clusters (approximately 76,000 m2), Swimming pools (approximately 2,700 m2), Water features (approximately 4,000 m2), Simple Grass area (approximately 250,000 m2) Dr. Wael Abo Neama CV Page 7 of 63 Dec

The Sharm El Sheik Hotel expansion consists of a program such as the above four season project. (Scope: was focused on both project management and reviewing all submitted documents by the Lead consultant (HKS) against local building codes, constructability in Egypt and project value engineering) PORTO PHOENICE, MARSA ALAM, Porto Phoenice Project, a major touristic development project is situated on an approximately 3,200,000 m2 on the red sea coast. The site lies approximately 29 km South of Marsa Alam Airport. The development consists of a series of centers including several hotels, touristic villages, resorts, a golf course and residential areas with all associated services. These centers are surrounding an internal lagoon. The master plan has been divided into four sectors. This project covers four which comprises three phases. Sector four total area approximately 60,000 m2 and comprises chalets, villas & hotels in order to cover an approximately number of beds amounts 1,600 beds. (scope: Project design director for conceptual idea) MADINATY OFFICE PARK PROJECT, Engineering design for the administration area (office park) at Madinaty Project. The task was to lead a team of architects for coordinating all disciplines documents and preparing scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors. ON SHORE FACILITIES FOR RAS HILAL FISHING PORT PROJECT, Construction of Ras Hilal Fishing Port in Libya. The project comprises a building complex, landscaping (approx area 36,500 m2), infrastructure for the building complex (approx area 36,500 m2), and infrastructure for the port area (up to quays, jetties, piers). Task was focused on prepare the urban design of the port, prepare the full architectural design package for the fourteen buildings of the Fishing Port, Communicate with the client and contractor, supervising the preparation of Construction Documents NEW MARINA IN TRIPOLI, LYBIA, After the completion of Ras Hilal Fishing port, we got from the same client the opportunity to make the urban design of the new Marine in Tripoli. The project Comprises a building complex, Landscaping (approx area 650,500 m2), infrastructure for the building complex (approx area 650,500 m2), and infrastructure for the port area (up to quays, jetties, piers). Task was focused on project management and to prepare the urban design of the port, prepare the full architectural design package for the thirty two buildings for Tripoli Marina, Communicate with the client and contractor. 10 Samples of Dr. Wael Abo Neama Architectural Designs All the following projects are architecturally designed, sustainable criteria created and 3D modeled by Dr. Wael himself, beside that for all projects an energy model is created by his team to enhance building performance and push the project forward toward passive design. Following the best orientation and creating internal atriums and courts for natural ventilation and lighting are principals for any design. Using sunshades and semi covered internal spaces are environmental tools for better indoor spaces. In addition that, all designs (as per owner approval) are equipped with the new high tech tools for MEP to reduce energy consumption and to achieve water efficiency using the optimum level of local materials.
