It involves a vertically integrated business model with various development fields including residential units, marinas, and utilities. OHD currently owns a land bank of 45.7 million sqm distributed over five destinations including tourist destination such as El Gouna on the Red Sea Coast, Taba Heights in the Sinai Peninsula, and Makadi in the Red Sea district.
