During this time I have been involved with a wide range of projects ranging from master planning and mixed use commercial and retail developments to large scale residential schemes, offices, hospitality, schools and tower buildings. I have been working in projects in Europe and the Middle East and in particular was the job leader and project architect for the Al Dana residential tower PC803 for Aldar, SDC project for Qatar Foundation, the Lagoon hotel and offices beach club, the Mixed use master planning development sport center and office assets and have a key role on the delivery of the 7 Abu Dhabi Future schools program for ADEC, Abu Dhabi Education Council. SWA key experience 05/2012 to present I m working for SWA on a senior position on a variety of projects and roles, this includes a key number of projects from office to commercial, educational, residential villas, palaces and tower buildings in the Pearl and Lusail among other areas in Qatar and overseas: project architect and PM of VVIP residential palaces in France and Qatar, SDC QF-QP residential project and main contact with the client Qatar Foundation, senior architect coordinator for the ID package and site supervision of a 5 Stars, 150 meters hotel tower in West Bay and assisting the Project Management of the construction site. As head of department I m overlooking the office project specifications and approval of vendors and materials for all the office projects from design to site supervision and also working very closely with the tender and site supervision department and the company management reporting directly to the DGM, Vice-President and President of the practice. Broadway Malyan key experience 03/2006 to 04/2012 Mixed use master planning development, UAE (Confidential) 10/2011 to 04/2012 Project architect for the health club, sport center and office assets thru schematic, detail design and tender of a mixed use master planning development. The scheme is a large Sports complex and commercial project including the following assets: Public Realm, stadium, health Club, sports center and facilities, office and hotel buildings. Maqta Waterfront Sports Centre, Abu Dhabi, UAE 10/2011 to 11/2011 Job leader for the concept design of a finalist selected competition. This sustainable scheme will become the meeting place for anyone interested in exploring the unique marine environments of the region. It will not exist in isolation, but will interconnect water sports and activity providers all over Abu Dhabi. Doha College, Doha 08/2011 to 09/2011 Senior architect of the design competition School of 22500m2 and 1708 students from KG to Cycle 1, Cycle 2

4 and Cycle 3. This sustainable school design (QSAS) will allow students to understand and learn environmental principals and Sustainability by experiencing their school building. ADEC Schools, Abu Dhabi, UAE 10/2009 to 09/2011 Senior architect (PA-PM-Internal and external Team coordination), site architect and main client liaise for the design, development and construction of a new concept model school for Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC). One of three projects which were chosen after an international design competition, the 9 schools design achieve Estidama 3 Pearl, 17,000m2 600 and 1225 student through schools (KG and Cycles 1 to 3) located in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region. Awards: BM Inter-office Team of the Year 2011 and BM Overall Team of the Year Al Raha Gardens Retail Centre, Abu Dhabi, UAE 08/2009 to 09/2009 Senior architect. The Al Raha Gardens Village Centre is a 2,300 square meter community shopping center with a community hall, gym facilities, retail kiosks, coffee shops, restaurants and a 916 square meter Abela supermarket that will serve residents of Al Raha Gardens and surrounding communities. Shopping mall and community center are currently built. Marina Bandar Al Rowdha, Oman, UAE 04/2009 to 07/2009 Senior architect designer for the concept development of a Marina in Oman. Key aspects of the Marina Bandar is to bring Life and energy by introducing hospitality offers, residential villas and apartments, and a retail zone attracting tourist to enjoy all water activities at the marina. Lagoon Beach Club Hotel and Offices, Abu Dhabi, UAE 02/2009 to 04/2009 Project architect of the Lagoon Beach Club linked to the Lagoon Hotel and Offices via a water feature below the Corniche Road, the beach facilities offer restaurants, a pool and pool bar and a kids club. Working alongside of the Urban Planning Council (UPC) in Abu Dhabi, the design has been developed to link with surrounding reclamation of neighbouring beaches. The Square, Dubai, UAE 01/2009 to 11/2009 Architecture, landscape and interiors design of this three-star, low rise, mixed-use scheme fuse Mediterranean and Arabic influences with a contemporary palette of materials. Located in the heart of Dubai, the development has sixteen different apartment types. Public areas offer a range of amenities including gym facilities, meeting rooms, retail spaces and restaurants. Crystal Mall, Damascus, Syria 01/2009 to 08/2009 Architecture and interior design of a new urban shopping mall in Damascus. The shopping mall will be 14,000m² and 6 floors high with a modern and vibrant style. The development contains retail, kid zone, cinemas and F&B. Sham Movenpick hotel, Damascus, Syria 01/2009 to 08/2009 Interior design of a 250 key, five-star hotel in Damascus, Syria. Aimed at business travellers, the hotel comprises of amenities such as a business center, lap pool and facilities, restaurants and bars. The scheme has a contemporary style with Damascene flair. Al Dana PC803, Abu Dhabi, UAE 05/2008 to 03/2009 As residential team leader, I initially developed the revised concept and lead the project delivery through subsequent stages of schematic and design development. PC Plot 803 is located on the water s edge, overlooking the Al Raha Beach CBD within the Al Dana precinct. The development will provide two distinct offers: A high quality 18 storey office building with flexibility for letting between 150m² to 1900m². Together with a contemporary 21 storey residential building with emphasis on one and two bedroom apartments aimed at the young professional. Sky Bar, Abu Dhabi, UAE 04/2008 to 05/2008 Project Architect from concept to scheme detail of titanium skin sky bar with views over the Abu Dhabi Corniche. This competition winning scheme is allocated 100m height on a 13m cantilever on top luxury hotel. Lagoon Club Hotel and Offices, Abu Dhabi, UAE 04/2008 to 05/2008 Senior architect for a won on a competition first prize comprising 6 star 500 room luxury hotel, a 3000 seat conference centre as well as a separate 60,000M² headquarters office building arranged around a man made lagoon leading to a beach club facility. Al Khubeira, Al Raha Beach Development, Abu Dhabi, UAE 01/2007 to 12/2008 Design architect and technical coordination, working on day to day contact with client and full design team of a180,000m² waterfront gated residential development consisting of 590 apartments and 42 high-end villas. The development contains an element of retail and health and fitness facilities. I was part of the concept design team in London before transferring to Abu Dhabi Office. UAE stages from Concept to detail design, working with Local Consultants and building up the BM Al Raha Beach Development Team.

5 Al Bandar, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi, UAE 03/2006 to 01/2007 As an architect designer I was a core member of the team working on the residential led man-made island concept design situated within the Al Raha Beach masterplan comprising 531 luxury apartments within 5 distinct buildings set around a series of landscape piazzas, gardens, a public marina retail areas and shopping center facilities. Design scope includes all design and interior finish packages. Currently built Al Bandar represents the height of luxury and has received many construction awards. Barcovi S.L Architecture & Urbanism Design key experience 2002 to 2006 I performed varying tasks on a range of different project types from master planning to architectural services. I mainly assisted with the development of residential schemes and urbanism across Spain including the project lead of a residential project in Madrid.
