8 Council District - 2 Z HARVARD ST Kevin Valente Harvest Law Group is applying for two Conditional Use Permits (CUPs) to operate a 3,021 square foot (sf) non-storefront, retail cannabis dispensary with delivery only services and operate a 3,291-sf cannabis distribution service within an existing, 9,054 sf warehouse located at 2360 Harvard Street in District 2 of Sacramento, CA. The applicant is proposing to create two separate suites with separate secure loading areas within the building with no internal access between the two suites. The.21-acre project site is zoned Light Industrial (M-1-R) and is surrounded on all sides by other industrial uses. The applicant proposes to utilize six (6) vehicles for delivery/distribution and expects to employee up to 10 delivery drivers. The delivery and distribution services will occur during the proposed hours of operation (7am to 9pm) and are anticipated to make up to 200 total deliveries a day. Z MANNING ST Kevin Valente The applicant is applying for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to operate a 4,224-square foot retail, non-storefront cannabis dispensary with delivery services within a suite of an existing 7,650-square foot building located at 2431 Manning Street in District 2 of Sacramento, CA. The project site is zoned Light Industrial (M-1) and is surrounded on all sides by other light industrial uses. The proposed delivery service will consist of 3 vehicles per day performing up to twenty trips per day for a total of 60 total vehicle trips per day. The delivery service will run 7:00 am to 9:00 pm every day. After the hours of operation, company vehicles will be stored at the project site within the building or secured yard and personal vehicles will be stored at the driver s residence. Z PELL DR Kevin Valente The applicant, Harvest Law Group LLC, is applying for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow cannabis cultivation within a 59,962-square foot (sf) warehouse located at 4500 Pell Drive in District 2 of Sacramento, CA. The applicant is proposing to separate the building into four (4) separate suites to allow four 10,000-sf cultivation permits to occupy the building. The 3.03-acre project site is zoned Light Industrial (M-1) and is surrounded by other M-1 uses to the north, west, and south, and single-family homes to the east. Z ASCOT AVE Kevin Valente The applicant is applying for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to operate a 22,047 square-foot cannabis cultivation facility located at 1312 Ascot Avenue in District 2 of Sacramento, CA. In addition, the applicant is applying for a Site Plan and Design Review to develop the 2.36-acre parcel with six 2,880-square foot mixed-light use buildings, one 2,074 square foot mixed-light use building, and one 2,693 square foot two-story building.
