The project site is zoned Light Industrial (M-1) and is surrounded on all sides by other light industrial uses. The proposed delivery service will consist of 3 vehicles per day performing up to twenty trips per day for a total of 60 total vehicle trips per day. The delivery service will run 7:00 am to 9:00 pm every day. After the hours of operation, company vehicles will be stored at the project site within the building or secured yard and personal vehicles will be stored at the driver s residence.
