6 EMERALD HEIGHT Rawang Rawang To be announced - RM 150 million Archiconic was commissioned to design this development scheme located at a 60 acres land in Rawang, comprises of Gated & Guarded link houses and semidetached houses to be developed in 3 distinctive phases. Building detail study has been emphasized in modern living layout and façade treatment to suit the locality as well as the sustainable elements i.e. green pocket gardens throughout the master planning.

7 HOUSE DOUBLE 7 Shah Alam One of the Archiconic s maiden projects, No.7 Section 7. Archiconic was appointed to design in an asymmetrical fan shape site with relatively small footprint especially with the restraint of building setback requirement. We take advantage of the existing higher ground profile by introducing a lower ground level for the porch and back-of-house rooms and emphasized its orientation with minimal window facing East & West. By designing a distinctive double volume living hall at upper ground and accessible via drive-up drop off, the house designed to integrating two separate wings with a central garden and covered courtyard which bringing in ample light and breezes into the house. The site is flat with no terrain or slope, we design a central pool as focal point overseeing by all the major spaces. Articulated with suspended roof to make the façade looks dynamic. 13 ONE SIERRA Selayang Distinctive solution adopted for this sloping site on its layout planning to minimize use of retaining walls and mixture of housing typology. Existing retention dam on the top north has been fully utilized as recreational spot with the introduction of its club house. Archiconic created this stunning residential housing; breaking the monotonous barrack approach by having the front bathroom recessed, allowing for a more interesting semi-detached façade looking terrace houses. The internal spatial arrangement and vertical circulation were enhanced and distinguished.
