Building detail study has been emphasized in modern living layout and façade treatment to suit the locality as well as the sustainable elements i.e. green pocket gardens throughout the master planning.

Existing retention dam on the top north has been fully utilized as recreational spot with the introduction of its club house. Archiconic created this stunning residential housing; breaking the monotonous barrack approach by having the front bathroom recessed, allowing for a more interesting semi-detached façade looking terrace houses. The internal spatial arrangement and vertical circulation were enhanced and distinguished.
