Each Complex has its own application process, rules, and regulations and maintains its own waiting list. If subsidy (Section 8 or HUD) is indicated, the subsidized rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross income. Income is adjusted by subtracting out of pocket medical expenses including health insurance premiums. Maximum adjusted annual income for one person $13,300 per year/two persons $15,200 per year.
