Our Aluminum division was established in the year 2004 to cater the growing demand of construction in residential and business projects in Ethiopia. It is involved in Fabrication and Installation of Aluminum doors, windows, louvers, partition, structural glazing, curtain walling works, Aluminum composite panel (ACP) used for Residential and Commercial Buildings, showrooms, High rise buildings, Shopping Malls, Universities, Housing complexes etc. Tracon is the market leader and has done major architectural design work for iconic projects in Addis Ababa. Our reliable after sales service has brought as many referral projects that are multiplying the growth of our company year after year. Products Our Aluminum profile is supplied by one of the leading aluminum extrusions in Middle East. Tracon Real estate is one of the few real estate companies in Ethiopia. Until recent years both residential and commercial real estates were built only by the individual owners or by government. In the last decade alone the public has shown interest in having a company supply residential properties. The year 2004, marks the first real estate project for our company. The company operates primarily in Addis Ababa. Tracon s properties include commercial complexes, hotel, residential buildings, condominium, high rise office buildings, as well as mixed-use projects. 0ur company has proven its reliability by completing luxury residential project with 39 villas and delivering it to the owners. Tracon currently has additional project of constructing luxuries homes in an area of 50,000 sq. meter land in Addis Ababa, Nifas silk lafto sub city. Because of the increased demand for condominiums we currently have a project with 524 units. The start date for the project will be on August of Our real estate company currently has over 21,000sq. meter of rental space. The equipment s include bulldozers, graders, compactor/roller, form work panels, dump trucks, etc. The majority of our equipment s are from Caterpillar.

We supply top-quality equipment serving many of the best-known names in the construction industry, with a range plant and backup service that remains unmatched in the market. The equipment s include bulldozers, graders, compactor/roller, form work panels, dump trucks, etc. The majority of our equipment s are from Caterpillar. Tracon construction also operates a quarry with 60,000meter square land for producing aggregated stone products. The company currently has a crusher machine that produces a total of 150tons per hour. The quarry is also equipped with machineries to load the trucks that transport the stone products to clients. It produces aggregated stones for asphalt, concrete, and other construction application. The sizes produced are from 01 to 07. Tracon Freight Transport involves the transportation of freight in a container or vehicle, using our fleet trucks.tracon co-ordinates inland Freight throughout Ethiopia and Djibouti. Its fleet, operated from Addis Ababa Tracon head office, consists of trucks, and low beds. Our Prompt allocation of trucks for both 1x40 and 2x20 containerized cargo is unbeatable. We also transport various cargos such as transformers, heavy duty machineries from Djibouti port are carried based on the confirmation received from the agent at port. The low bed trucks are used to transport heavy machineries to many projects in Ethiopia. Our freight transport division has done many prominent projects with partnering with SaliniItaly on the outstanding project of the power generating dams built on Nile. We are working on increasing our fleet trucks by 50 more trucks and 10 more low beds by the end of To keep our fleet to run smoothly, the company has a fully equipped service center in Lebu Addis Ababa with stocks of spare parts. Tracon trains its drivers on safety on the road as well as train technicians the importance of maintenance for the vehicles. 9

In recent years it has concentrated in five areas on its import which are construction materials, edible oil, glasses, tire, and machineries. Our import division is the most diversified business division in our company. It is supported by our sister company Pioneer Star General Trading LLC in Dubai UAE. Our construction material import supplies both the Aluminum works division as well as our construction division. We import high quality products with specific standards. In the past few years we have revived the brand which was driven out by competition and poor management back in the Ethiopian market. 7 07 TRACON AGRICULTUREIS INDUSTRIAL FARMING Tracon agricultureis the recent addition to Tracon Trading Plc. Tracon agricultureis the recent addition to Tracon Trading Plc. With the support of the new laws that aid investors in farming and customer s request of traceable coffee has led us to invest in farming. We currently have in southern Ethiopia Beneshangul 5000 hectare and in Gera Djimma 1000hectare. We have planted 2000 hectare of cotton in Beneshangul and all 1000 hectare in Djimma with coffee. We have equipped both farms with the latest farm equipment available. We have customized some of the equipment s in accordance to the plant and the land needs. Our goal is to increase our farm by adding additional 5000 heactars by the end of We have hired a workforce with knowledge of latest practices and technology continually intertwined with the core of Ethiopian farming to produce high quality crops. We have committed buyer who are willing to pay premium price for organic and traceable. We have also invested in educating farmers in the area about modern farming. We have agronomist that give classes to the farmers in a monthly basis.
