5 The George Lyon-Integral Anaheim, LLC 6/19/ /19/ /03/12 (original) Expired 8/13/17 In 2007, the City Council approved an application to construct 341 dwelling units. In 2008, the Planning and Building Director approved modifications to the Final Site Plan, which included a reduction in the number of dwelling units from 341 dwelling units to 320 dwelling units. The approval did not require any changes to the Development Agreement, which continued to permit the development of up to 341 dwelling units. In 2012, the City Council adopted Ordinance No that extended the term of the development agreement an additional five years to expire on 8/13/17. In 2013, the Planning and Building Director approved modifications to the Final Site Plan, which increased the number of units to 340 units. In 2014, the Planning and Building Director approved modifications to the Final Site Plan with no change in the number of units (340 units).
