4 TAHİNCİOĞLU REAL ESTATE Tahincioğlu Real Estate is a group company that operates in the field of real estate development and investment. Headed by Özcan Tahincioğlu as the Chairman, Tahincioğlu Real Estate is one of the leading names in the real estate sector, and its projects include qualitative retail, offices, residences and shopping malls as well as the construction and development of first-class hotels. In addition to the projects it develops, the company also has a broad portfolio of revenue-generating real estate assets actively managed by the company. The construction area of all of the projects that Tahincioğlu has so far completed totals more than 1.5 million square meters. Tahincioğlu s construction company, Nida Construction, undertakes the general contractor position in each project.
