The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of your stay. For cancellations made less than 30 days before commencement of stay, the total amount will be charged. Travel insurance is recommended to cover possible unexpected cancellations.with every chalet booking, we have a professional mountain guide join the guests. If for weather reasons we have to cancel the trip, the guide portion of this trip is not refundable, but the guide is available to the guests for other activities. In the event of a Chalet overnight trip being cancelled, the mountain guide is nonrefundable and the guide is therefore at the guests service for alternative adventures. The nonrefundable portion is NZD$1100.
