1 BY-LAW NUMBER 5~ OF 1998 OF THE CITY OF SARNIA "A By-Law to Authorize the Execution of a Deed in Favour of Craig Steven Brimmer, Becky Lee-Anne Tamminen, Edward Enard Janson and Victoria Malo Janson" WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that The Corporation of the City of Samia execute a Deed in favour of Craig Steven Brimmer, Becky Lee-Anne Tamminen, Edward Enard Janson and Victoria Malo Janson. of Samia enacts as follows: NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City 1. The Corporation of the City of Samia is authorized to execute a Deed in favour of Craig Steven Brimmer, Becky Lee-Anne Tamminen, Edward Enard Janson and Victoria Malo Janson, in the form of the Deed a copy of which is annexed to this By-Law. 2. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute such Deed and to affix to it the Corporation Seal of The Corporation of the City ofsamia. 3. This By-Law comes into force and effect upon being finally passed. FINALLY PASSED this day of,1998.

The exception was the property known as 442 Confederation Street, whose owner did not respond to any of our requests and subsequently did not receive title to their portion of the laneway. We were contacted by the solicitor for the new owners of the property who have now requested conveyance of the portion of the laneway. We have determined that, all proper proceedings having previously been followed, the conveyance is appropriate. Accordingly, please find attached, in duplicate, a TransferlDeed of Land in favour of Craig Steven Brimmer, Becky Lee-Anne Tamminen, Edward Enard Janson and Victoria Malo Janson, together with the Authorizing By-Law, in duplicate. Council's approval is respectfully requested. After approval, please return to this office the executed TransferlDeed of Land, in duplicate, together with one certified copy of the Authorizing By-Law for registration and distribution purposes.
