1 BY-LAW OF 1999 OF THE CITY OF SARIA "A By-law to Authorize the Release of an Sanitary Sewer Easement on Part of Lot 13, Concession 6, Geographic Township of Sarnia, City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, and further described as Part of PART 3, REFERECE PLA 25R4934 WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the Corporation of the City of Sarnia release a Sanitary Sewer Easement registered as Instrument o for Lambton, in favour of the City on lands known as Part of Lot 13, Concession 6, Geographic Township of Sarnia, City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, and further described as Part of PART 3, REFERECE PLA 25R4934 and shown as PART 3 on Schedule "A" to this By-law; OW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Sarnia enacts as follows: 1. The Corporation of the City of Sarnia is authorized to release a Sanitary Sewer Easement registered in favour of the City, as Instrument o for Lambton, on lands known as Part of Lot 13, Concession 6, Geographic Township of Sarnia, City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, and further described as Part of PART 3, REFERECE PLA 25R4934 and shown as PART 3 on Schedule "A" to this Bylaw, on the condition that a new sanitary sewer easement is granted in favour of the City over Part of Lot 13, Concession 6, Geographic Township of Sarnia, City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, and further described as Part of PART 3, REFERECE PLA 25R4934 and shown as PART 2 on Schedule "A" to this Bylaw. 2. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute such agreement and to affix to it the Corporate Seal of the Corporation of the City of Sarnia. 3.
