1 THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF BROCKVILLE By-Law Number A by-law to ratify the in the City of Brockville to Metske W. Veenstra to ratify the Agreement of to ratify the and sale of certain Purchase and Sale and execution of a lands deed transfer WHEREAS the Corporation of the City of Brockville by resolution at a meeting held on May 22, 2001, deemed it expedient to sell to P1MM Investments, certain lands in the City of Brockville in the County of Leeds, known Part of Lot 7, Concession 1, City of Brockville (No. 28) for the sum of $2, ; and as passed WHEREAS at a City of Brockville Council 8th, meeting held on January 2002, Council by-law to Ratify the Sale of Certain Lands In the City of Brockville to P1MM Investments, and to Ratify the Agreement of and Sale and to Ratify the Execution of a Deed Transfer; and passed Purchase WHEREAS a request has been made by Neville Johnston, Lawyer, on behalf of his client Metske W. Veenstra, Owner, P1MM Investments to revise City of Brockville By-Law , to reflect the name of it s owner Metske W. Veenstra rather than P1MM Investments. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF BROCKVILLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the Corporation of the City of Brockville hereby ratifies the sale of lands to Metske W.
