1 BY -LAW NUMBER 1 Z OF 2000 OF THE CITY OF SARNIA "A By-Law to Authorize the Execution of a Transfer/Deed in Favour of Wayne Viggers" WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the Corporation of the City of Samia execute a Transfer/Deed in favour of Wayne Viggers. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Samia enacts as follows: 1. The Corporation of the City of Samia is authorized to execute a Transfer/Deed in favour of Wayne Viggers, in the form of the Transfer/Deed a copy of which is annexed to this By-Law. 2. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute such Transfer/Deed and to affix to it the Corporation Seal of the Corporation of the City of Samia. 3. This By-Law comes into force and effect upon being finally passed. FINALLY PASSED THIS ~ DAY OF ~ 2000.
