9 J.D. Fuller Instructor J.D. is the owner & operator of East Texas Home Inspection & Pest Control Services, LLC, with six full-time inspectors, and five full-time pest control personnel. Jay started doing home inspections in 1996 and joined the Texas Association of Home Inspectors in He was named its Inspector of the Year in 2003, was appointed Director of Area Development in 2004, and was elected VP of Membership Services in David Fogle Instructor David is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is an AHIT Graduate.
