Any person commencing construction for which a permit is required, without having first obtained such permit, in addition to the penalties described in this chapter, shall also be subject to a penalty equal to double the permit fee. To Wit : Approximately 20 pre-fab sheds on the property without permits. 4

The applicant shall provide a site boundary survey, proof of ownership, existing elevations on the site (Publicly available elevations and contours are acceptable), and proposed grading plan showing proposed elevations. Any water bodies, wetlands, sinkholes, extraction pits, or any other environmental designated area on or adjacent to the water body shall be shown on the plan. Site erosion and control methods shall be shown on the grading plan. To Wit: Obtain an after the fact site grading permit. 10
