Schedule of restrictive covenants 1 The following are details of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 20 October 1897 referred to in the Charge Register. the Purchaser hereby covenants with the Vendors their heirs and assigns to the intent that such covenants may for ever hereafter run with the said piece or parcel of land hereby conveyed that the Purchaser his heirs and assigns shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter observe and perform the several stipulations hereinafter expressed and set forth that is to say:- 1. TO erect and complete wherever the said piece or parcel of land abuts on the said Percy Road to the satisfaction of the Vendors or their Surveyors a nine inch brick pannelled wall and piers with gates four feet high and also erect a nine inch brick boundary wall five feet high dimishing to four feet high from the building line shown on the said plan to the said road such wall or walls to be finished on top with brick splay coping on the side of the said piece or parcel of land marked with a T on the said plan. 2. NOTE 1: to erect or suffer to be erected on the said piece of land or any part thereof any building other than a detached private dwellinghouse of not less value than one thousand two hundred pounds in first cost of materials and labour such dwellinghouse to be roofed with good tiles of a dark shade 3. NO building to be used otherwise than as a private dwellinghouse or for the purpose of carrying on therein the profession of a Surgeon or Physician and particulary not to allow any house to be used for the sale of intoxicating liquor or as a chapel or place of public meeting 4. NOTE 2: to erect or allow to remain on the said piece or parcel of land any stable caravan shed house-on-wheels or roundabout or advertisment board or hoarding 5. NOT to commence to build on any part of the said piece or parcel of land until the plans and elevations of the said dwellinghouse shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Vendors or their Surveyors and also previous to building to obtain the approval in writing of the said Dame Jane Shelley or her Solicitors to such plans and elevations and to pay such Solicitors their fee of one pound and one shilling for such approval and leave with them a copy of the plans. 6. TO keep and maintain the said piece or parcel of land until built upon as garden ground and not to do or suffer to be done anything thereon which may be or grow to be a nuisance damage annoyance or disturbance to the said Dame Jane Shelley or to the Vendors or their 2 of 5

NO building of any kind to be erected between the building line figures and shown on the said plan and the road or roads adjoining except bay or angle windows and front wall fences. 9. NO gravel sand or clay to be dug or excavated from the said piece or parcel of land except for the purpose of excavating foundations. 10. NO bricks tiles or pottery to be made or burnt on the said piece or parcel of land. 11. NO trees or shrubs to be cut down without the previous consent of the Vendors or their Surveyors except those which it is absolutely necessary to remove for building purposes. 12. ALL gravel sand or clay dug and not required for building purposes to be placed at the desposal of the Vendors and not to be sold without their written consent. NOTE 3: The building line referred to is set back thiry feet from Percy Road and the T mark referred to is now internal to this title. 2 The following are details of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 18 January 1899 referred to in the Charges Register.
