By a Deed dated 5 January 1934 made between the same parties as the Conveyance dated 2 October 1931 the said covenants were modified as set out in the Schedule below:- "FOR the benefit of the Eastoke Estate of the Vendors and so as to bind the said land conveyed by the Principal Deed the Purchasers (in whom the said Property is still vested in fee simple free from incumbrances) for themselves and their successors hereby covenant with the Vendors and their successors in title at all times hereafter to observe and perform the restrictions and stipulations set out in the Schedule hereto in regard to the plot of land comprised and conveyed to the Purchasers by the Principal Deed in lieu of and in substitution for the stipulations set out in the First Schedule to the Principal Deed THE SCHEDULE above referred to (1)...
