SWINDON 1 The Freehold land shown edged with red on the plan of the above Title filed at the Registry and being land on the east side of Cricklade Street, Swindon. 2 An Indenture dated 11 May 1898 made between (1) Mary Ann Redman (2) Edwin Plummer (3) Richard Palethorpe Culley and (4) Robert Brewin Bowly contained a covenant in the following terms which is expressed to be for the benefit of the land edged and numbered 1 and 2 in blue on the title plan. The said Robert Brewin Bowly and his assigns will not cause any obstruction to any windows or lights therein or belonging to the said premises.
