BACKGROUND The purpose of this Information Memorandum is to provide an overview of Pallamana Station to those parties interested in its purchase. The location of the property gives it flexibility to target all markets. The improvements are substantial and set up for easy management. The property is managed and operated by the current owner s family for the past 30 years and has consistently produced quality cattle.

4 Property Details Improvements The homestead is set in established surrounds. A manager s residence and worker s cottage are also located in the station curtilage. Workshop and machinery sheds with service areas and power. Large steel enclosed hay shed with open front, with an adjacent open sided hay storage. Large steel frame aircraft hangar and hay storage shed. Main Yards The station cattle yards are steel construction with 9-way pound draft and a full race with a crush, branding race with a cradle.
