11 11 MANAGEMENT PROFILE OUR PEOPLE Ms. Ivie A. IDIKE ANIVS, RSV [CEO] IVIE IDIKE, a qualified Estate Surveyor & Valuer, holds a B.Sc [Hons] in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a Masters in Business Administration [MBA] from the same Institution. She is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers [NIESV], FIABCI and the International Facility Management Association [IFMA]. Ms. Idike has worked with Finacorp Building Society and Standard Trust Bank Plc. [now UBA Plc.] Projects Department, where her primary responsibility was the banks property/asset management and acquisition of properties for the bank. started her career at Nelrose Property Nig. Ltd. where she rose to become the Head of the property desk. Ms Idike who possesses a vast knowledge of mortgage transactions founded Ivie Idike & Partners. She is also a Seasoned/valuation consultant for the purpose of Lands, assets, plants and machinery acquisition, disposal and valuation.

12 Mr Ochei ODIAWA Mr. Odiawa holds a first degree in Law from the University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in He has been in private practice for over twenty years and has been at various times a Solicitor/Director of the Fort Knox Group, Freight Dynamics Ltd., where he served meritoriously prior to setting up Truck Africa Ltd, a total logistics company in Mr. Odiawa who serves on the board of several other Companies in the brewing and upstream oil and gas sector is a Partner in the law firm of Okonjo, Odiawa and Ebie, established in Mr. Odiawa brings to the company his vast experience and resources in the legal profession as our company secretary and legal adviser. Mr. Lucky IDIKE [Jr] Lucky Idike (JR.) is the Partner in charge of Audit and Taxation at Lucky O. Idike & Co. and the Chief Consulting Officer of Eagle 8 Consulting. An alumnus of the King's College Lagos and a Second class upper graduate of economics from the University of Lagos (1994), he is a chartered accountant, having been admitted into membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1996 and admitted as a Fellow in He is a visionary and articulate team leader and project manager able to put together the resources required to execute any assignment. He is dynamic and resilient, able and willing to face new challenges, possessing a high level of integrity and a sound knowledge of the socio-economic, political and cultural environment in Nigeria, having travelled extensively within and without Nigeria. He has acquired hands-on experience in all areas of auditing, accounting and management consulting. 12

13 Ms. Nneka OBIANWU Nneka Obianwu holds a first degree in Geography and Planning from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a Masters in Geographic Information System from the same institution. She started her career at Agip Nigeria Plc. She worked in the Property Department of the company and was posted to the facility management office, primarily responsible for the company s property and asset management. Ms Obianwu, joined Rialtors Limited in 2005 as a partner. She believes in excellence and integrity in the Marketplace and brings to the company her wealth of experience in Facility Management and Marketing. Mr. Olugbenga ISMAIL Ismail Olugbenga is a trained estate Surveyor and Valuer specialized in Land and Building Valuation and Management. He is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers [NIESV] as well as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors [RICS]. 13

14 FATOYINBO Abayomi: is a graduate of Estate Management from The Polytechnic Ibadan and a Master degree holder in Housing [MSc.] from the University of Ibadan.
