He has co ordinated large housing projects for the government of Seychelles in Mahe Seychelles and in Kenya, and has vast experience in design and co ordination of residential and housing projects, from luxurious private residential homes, to commercial apartments and housing units/estates both low and up market. New Mall on Kakamega Road 2012 Kisumu Lake Basin Development Authority and Symbion were appointed to carry out a feasibility study following the need for a business park that connects to residential area to brings about the marriage of two important constants in one s life where one can live and work in close vicinity with beautifully landscaped areas creating an urban setting for all in Kisumu and after successfully completing the feasibility study the client instructed a Shopping Mall is located in Kisumu, Vihiga road would be the first phase. The Shopping Mall strategically located on the crossroads of main traffic artery providing easy vehicular access to site and direct pedestrian access from the main road creates an iconic image and a pronounced skyline. The Shopping Mall provides parking spaces, both on upper ground and lower ground level making it a one stop shop destination. Additional features include; Utilized natural ground conditions, parking lot with photovoltaic shading to produce clean energy, roofing will be pitched and hipped using traditional plain clay tiles, external finishes will be natural brown and beige coral facing with rough wood float plaster painted with pale raw sienna colours.
